How long we keep information
Information relating to “Customer Due Diligence” is retained for 5 years after the engagement ends.
Information relating to tax services is ordinarily retained for the current year and six further years, however if there is value in retaining the information for a longer period in line with the ICAEW’s recommendations on retention periods then the information will be retained for a longer or indefinite period.

Acorah Software Products Limited
This data processor does the following activities for us: Provider of commercial Self Assessment tax return software. Securely holds client data for the purposes of submitting Self Assessment tax returns and sharing information directly with clients.
Google
This data processor does the following activities for us: Storing/sharing information securely with clients through Google Drive (with access restricted to the client and TaxReady Limited).
123 Webmail
This data processor does the following activities for us: Securely storing and sending email correspondence with clients.
